Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and we were able to check in early, which worked out great since we were in town for a family get together. Our only complaint was breakfast Sunday morning. It wasn’t very good since there was not a lot to choose from, but the coffee was hot and plentiful. We will be back.
We stay in Iola, Kansas when we come from south west Missouri to see family. We are completely comfortable here at Super 8. We make it to breakfast late and I am asked every time if I would like 3 eggs freshly cooked!!!! The staff does not have to be as kind as they are but they choose to be so nice and kind!!!!! Good example of good hospitality in this industry!! My husband is in a wheelchair and is helped with anything he needs as well.
I was Traveling w/ my 88yr old disabled grandma and my 64yr old mom and our 3 small dogs while visiting family in the area. We needed something that could accommodate a wheelchair and other necessary needs for them. I've stayed at super 8 motels traveling before and haven't ever really had an issues but this one was really great! They offered a roll bed for me so I didn't have to share with one of them but I brought my queen size air bed and I had space in the room to inflate it so I didn't use the roll bed. My mom and grandma were cold in there with the ac on while I was burning up and they gladly gave us extra blankets, pillows, sheets and towels. The shower was clean w/ good pressure, the room was clean, breakfast was good. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful including the owner! After they got their extra blankets they both slept great all night! I was concerned about this bc my grandma lives in a nursing home and sleeps on a hospital bed so I was concerned about that but she said she slept great. We were satisfied with everything about this super 8 and will stay there again the next time we are up there. To my knowledge the indoor pool and hot tub were working and open as well as fitness room and guest laundry. We didn't use any of those amenities but I believe they were there for those who might or have kids! Also it is right off of hwy 169 and next to Pete's convenience store.
my mother and me stayed 2 nights when are water foze my mom is 80 and she fall the guy at the front desk and his wife help me with my Mom get her up the kindness and care they us is over whelming it was the best stay i ever had in a they’re knowing that no matter what happens that we have care and kindness with such kind people I really enjoyed my stay. I will be back in my mom‘s 80 on her last days. She’s not doing very good, but it meant a lot to me, knowing that there are so kind and caring but thank you for your time Sheri Hall
The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. The guestroom was spotless and comfortable, and the overall hotel appearance was neat and welcoming. The washrooms and common areas were very clean, with hand sanitizers available throughout the property. The internet worked well and was reliable during my stay. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations.
We arrived for early check-in at the Iola Super 8 the manager let us into our room early & as my husband has health & walking problems the mgr put us in a room close to the lobby. Our room was clean and had all of the amenities we needed. We had a great visit with class reunions happening all weekend and Farm City Days there were many other reunions staying there so we got a chance to visit with other classmates and have breakfast with them Saturday morning. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had to leave town early as my husband got sick and the hotel was very understanding abt leaving early. Their kindness was appreciated.
I travel all over the country for construction jobs and I’ve stayed here about 2 weeks and management at this hotel is some of the best I’ve encountered anywhere
Currently staying here. Checked in tonight. The room is what I expected. The place is clean. The gentleman who checked me in was great! I’ll be here a few days. However, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if I’m ever back in town.
